Hollow conical flange type nozzles have a reactive silicon carbide tip. A glass fiber reinforced polyester flange fixes it. You can order nozzles made of other materials. These nozzles are available in 2", 3" and 4" flanged joint sizes. Flow rates from 535 l/min to 2000 l/min at 0.7 bar pressure. Jet angles: 60° to 180° for the 2-inch size and 60° to 120° for the 3-inch and 4-inch sizes. These high flow nozzles suit many pollution control, cooling, and aerating uses. Clogging is rare due to the large, unobstructed flow path design. These nozzles have deflector vanes. They distribute the spray droplets for uniform coverage. We can customize flanged nozzles to meet the customer's needs. They have options for wear-resistant materials.
