● Features:
Quick and easy nozzle replacement technology
The quick release nozzle has a novel, scientific design. It allows for the effortless and quick separation of the nozzle body and head. Turn the nozzle head by hand through a 90° angle and detach. Downtime for maintenance plummets.
Automatic and accurate nozzle alignment
The printhead has a built-in stop. It locks the printhead in the correct position after fitting it to the nozzle body. This eliminates the need for time-consuming manual adjustments. Each installation achieves precise alignment. This will eliminate quality issues from nozzle alignment errors.
Chemical and abrasion resistant
Quick release nozzles come in three materials. They are: 25% glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, 40% carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene, and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). They are strong, and resist abrasion and chemicals. They also prevent clumping and pooling of the flushing fluid. It is ideal for flushing, rinsing, and cleaning with corrosive solutions, like phosphates, acids, and solvents. Among them, glass fiber reinforced polypropylene temperature resistance of up to 82 ℃. Carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene resists temperatures up to 120°C. Polyvinylidene fluoride is a non-pigmented, high-purity material. It stays pure in the process environment and resists heat to 148°C at 7 bar.
Wide range of flow options
The nozzle body is available in 1/8“, 1/4” and 3/8” sizes, and the inner O-ring Buna-N seal ensures a tight seal between the nozzle body and the nozzle head. Quick release nozzles have a special shape of the nozzle head for easy gripping. The nozzles come in three types: QC fan, QB solid taper, and QA hollow taper. They offer fan-shaped, solid tapered, and hollow tapered spray pattern options. There is a wide range of flow rates and angles to choose from.
